- Establishing relationships with new client executives at CXO and CXO-1 level.
- Network within the organization to establish relationships at all levels (decision makers and influencers).
- Engage executives efficient in exploratory discussions to understand their needs.
- Be comfortable in engaging in exploratory discussions in business functions where he/she does not have deep expertise.
- Challenge thinking of these executives in respectful manner and helps them craft their strategic agenda and priorities.
- Efficient tap into domain specialists and SMEs at Genpact to educate himself/herself and determine the right ideas to take to clients; pulls in SMEs into the right client discussions.
- Have deep understanding of Genpact’s capabilities and services and how they can deliver value to customers.
- Eloquent and tailor value proposition based on the needs identified for client and differentiation of Genpact.
- Efficient construct and tell a compelling and clear story around the value proposition both orally and in presentations.
- Lead deal process end-to-end including mapping and establishing relationships with all partners.
- Negotiate the pricing and commercials in a manner that meets Genpact’s profitability goals.
- Mentor GRMs and other amounts of the account team to build capabilities and drive sales opportunities in other buying centers.
- Proven experience of handling senior client relationships at Fortune 500 companies (CXO, CXO-1 levels).
- consulting expertise in areas such as: revenue cycle management, claims, payment integrity, patient experience, care management, value-based care, payment integrity & grievances, data & analytics
- Experience leading and closing end to end deals. Shown success in crafting and leading close $5M TCV or larger (non-RFP situation ideally)
- Experience as account manager at a strategic level
- Fortune 500 company experience
- MBA or sophisticated degree in related field
- Strategic consulting expertise or practice at a large consulting firm
- Program Management experience
- Experience with working either in/for Retail sector industry/clients
- Experience and cultural flexibility to work across countries and succeed in a global organization.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills and executive presentation skills in English
- Ability to interface at all levels of an organization (including senior leaders in a variety of functions)
- Sound financial & commercial Business Understanding

The approximate annual base compensation range for this position is $200,000 to $250,000. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package plus benefits, will be determined by a number of factors which include but are not limited to the applicant’s experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities; geographic location; and internal equity.
