What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Exceed sales quotas by leveraging networks of enterprise-level brokers and consultants
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to closing in a team-selling environment
- Collaborate with internal teams to create customized proposals for enterprise opportunities
- Deliver product demonstrations and conduct onsite meetings when necessary
- Participate in sales strategy meetings to review pipelines and develop plans
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 6-8 years of experience in the health benefits account industry with a proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to engage with brokers and consultants
- Excellent written and oral communication skills for effective presentations
- Experience using sales tools, including Salesforce.com
- Ability to travel as needed for meetings and presentations
