- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business, or related field
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and/or SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) preferred
- Ten years of relevant senior level human resources management experience; Experience in a behavioral health, human services, or other relevant preferred
- Previous supervisory experience
- Experience establishing strong partnerships with organizational leaders
- Thorough knowledge of HR disciplines and thorough knowledge of local, state, and federal employment laws
Keystone Human Services is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources to join our dedicated leadership team.
Our mission is to create opportunities for growth and meaningful life choices so all people can be valued and contributing members of their community. We provide individualized support to adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities, mental health, and autism. We also support children and families through Capital Area Head Start and change lives through our Susquehanna Service Dogs program.
As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead a dynamic HR team in supporting over 3,000 dedicated employees, serve as a key member of leadership, and participate in making strategic decisions that enhance our mission. This position is responsible for identifying HR related needs across the organization, implementing and overseeing improvement initiatives, ensuring excellence and consistency in related practices, and assisting Keystone’s board of directors, subsidiary boards, and executive staff with human resources matters and requirements.
