- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, business administration, or related field. Graduate degree preferred.
- Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) and/or SHRM-Senior Certified Professional (SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Minimum of ten (10) years of relevant senior level human resources management experience. Experience in a senior HR leadership role within a non-profit, behavioral health, human services, or mission driven organization is highly desirable.
- Thorough knowledge and understanding of HR disciplines, local, state, and federal labor and employment laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and cultivate effective relationships with diverse stakeholders and organizational leaders.
Founded in 1973, Keystone Human Services is seeking a Vice President of Human Resources committed to operational excellence in HR practices to join our executive leadership team. Headquartered in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, Keystone Human Services is a multi-national human services organization providing advocacy, services, and supports in early childhood education, mental health, autism, and intellectual, developmental, cognitive, and physical disability.

As the Vice President of Human Resources, you will lead a dynamic HR team in supporting nearly 3,000 dedicated employees. As a key member of the leadership team and trusted advisor to the board of directors, you will be responsible for developing people-centered strategies that support our mission, values and long-term goals. This position is responsible for identifying HR related needs across the organization, promoting talent development, and ensuring excellence and consistency in HR related practices throughout the organization.
