      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and execute strategic sales and marketing plans to achieve occupancy and revenue targets
      - Collaborate with Regional Directors and community teams to implement effective lead generation strategies
      - Conduct regular site visits to provide guidance and support to community leaders
      - Analyze sales and marketing data to inform decision-making and planning
      - Lead training sessions on effective sales strategies and collaboration between sales and clinical teams

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a related field
      - Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience in sales and marketing, preferably in senior living or healthcare
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding occupancy and revenue goals in a multi-site environment
      - Strong leadership and communication skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM systems

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in independent living, assisted living, or memory care markets
      - Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies
      - Strong analytical skills to evaluate market trends and competitive dynamics
