What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to increase occupancy and market presence
- Leverage data analytics to inform strategic growth plans and optimize marketing and sales tactics
- Lead and coach Sales and Marketing professionals to achieve occupancy and conversion goals
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including website management and online advertising
- Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment in strategy development and customer experience
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master's preferred)
- 5+ years of senior-level experience in sales, marketing, and analytics in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proven success in leading digital marketing campaigns and managing multi-site teams
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for leadership
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience aligning pricing, payer strategy, and sales tactics to maximize revenue across a continuum of care
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital platforms such as Salesforce and Google Analytics
- Ability to work cross-functionally and lead through influence
