What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to drive occupancy and expand market presence
- Lead and coach Sales and Marketing teams to exceed occupancy and conversion goals
- Oversee digital marketing strategies, including website management and online advertising
- Recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing Sales and Marketing team
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Clinical, and Finance to ensure aligned strategies and customer experiences
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field; Master’s preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of senior-level experience in sales, marketing, and analytics within senior living, healthcare, or hospitality
- Proven success in leading digital marketing campaigns and managing multi-site teams
- Deep understanding of digital marketing tactics and tools, including CRM and marketing automation platforms
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience aligning pricing, payer strategy, and sales tactics to maximize revenue across a continuum of care
- Proficiency in CRM systems and digital platforms such as HubSpot and Google Analytics
- Passion for leadership and innovation in sales and marketing functions
