      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Design and execute talent acquisition strategies to enhance visibility in key markets
      - Analyze recruitment trends and improve compliance of candidates
      - Partner with hiring managers to understand team requirements
      - Develop and execute talent acquisition programs supporting diversity initiatives
      - Build a pipeline to increase candidate flow and hiring manager involvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 10+ years of recruiting experience and senior-level management
      - Bachelor's degree from an accredited school
      - Familiarity with HRIS, Applicant Tracking Systems, and recruiting software
      - Ability to interpret data and predict trends
      - Deep understanding of sourcing techniques and technology

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience implementing an Applicant Tracking System
      - Knowledge of HR systems relevant to organizational size
