What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Build, manage, and grow relationships with institutional investors in the Public Sector
- Develop and implement a comprehensive business development plan to raise new investment assets
- Collaborate with internal teams, including portfolio managers and research, to sell and retain investment solutions
- Communicate complex financial issues and advocate for clients while representing the employer in the market
- Proactively identify new relationship opportunities within the Public Sector market
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or CFA desired
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Strong knowledge of U.S. Public Sector entities and capital markets
- Series 7 and 63 registrations
- Proven ability to engage with C-Suite executives and manage complex client relationships
