      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and manage a strategic plan to achieve revenue and profitability goals
      - Drive business growth through new and existing client opportunities
      - Oversee all branch operations within the region for consistency and efficiency
      - Serve as a subject matter expert in traffic impact studies and intelligent transportation systems
      - Analyze sales performance data to optimize forecasting and resource allocation

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - A Bachelor's or advanced degree
      - Over seven to ten (7-10) years of sales management experience with a proven track record
      - Expertise in traffic engineering principles and relevant software/tools
      - Strong knowledge of public sector procurement and transportation industry dynamics
      - Willingness to travel 50%+ to various site locations across the region

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Understanding of HW and SW applications with a construction aspect
      - Familiarity with ITS, traffic signal management, analytics, or transportation planning software
      - Proven track record of meeting or exceeding regional sales goals in a complex B2G and/or B2B environment
