      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage a high-performing sales team, including the Director of Expansion Sales
      - Own metrics related to new business and expansion bookings, including pipeline generation and forecast accuracy
      - Drive a culture of accountability and operational rigor across the sales team
      - Set strategic priorities and execution plans to enhance customer penetration and market share
      - Collaborate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Pre-Sales leadership to ensure seamless customer experiences

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience in leading and scaling a high-performing B2B sales team, ideally in martech or SaaS
      - Demonstrated ability to drive both new business and expansion revenue
      - Strong operational orientation with experience in setting KPIs and forecasting
      - Entrepreneurial spirit with a track record of building from the ground up
      - Exceptional customer empathy and focus on delivering customer value and success

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in a leadership role within a fast-paced, high-growth company
      - Familiarity with AI-powered marketing technologies and customer data platforms
      - Experience in developing future sales leaders and talent management
