What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Develop and execute retention strategies to minimize churn and maximize customer lifetime value
- Deliver annual quota and renewal targets for business segments in North America and Asia Pacific
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for renewal and retention efforts
- Collaborate with various departments to enhance customer experience and drive retention
- Lead and mentor a team of retention leaders and associates to meet ambitious goals

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA or master's degree preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of sales leadership and operational experience
- Proficiency in CRM (SFDC) and understanding of ERP (SAP) sales and billing workflows
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives and managing cross-functional teams
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at all levels
