What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Design and implement a comprehensive sales training strategy for new hires and ongoing learning for existing sales representatives
- Develop engaging training content in various formats including live, virtual, e-learning, and microlearning
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure training aligns with business goals and compliance requirements
- Analyze training feedback and performance data to optimize training content and delivery methods
- Manage and maintain a scalable sales training curriculum and knowledge library
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree or certifications in Training & Development or a healthcare-related field preferred
- Minimum of 7–10 years of progressive experience in sales training, preferably in healthcare or specialty pharmacy
- In-depth knowledge of specialty pharmacy and infusion services
- Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, with experience facilitating training to diverse audiences
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience building training content from scratch and delivering both classroom and virtual learning experiences
- Previous experience working in a specialty pharmacy or infusion company
- Familiarity with disease states and therapeutic areas such as immunology, neurology, and hematology
- Strong business acumen and emotional intelligence
- Experience supporting national or multi-regional sales teams
