      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead sales efforts to increase awareness and adoption of family building products within employer groups
      - Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline while exceeding sales targets
      - Serve as a trusted consultant to benefits executives and healthcare consultants, understanding their needs and pain points
      - Collaborate with internal teams to shape product offerings based on prospect feedback
      - Conduct presentations and become an expert on the employer's products and solutions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 12 years of experience selling healthcare products or point solutions to employer groups
      - Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
      - Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey messages effectively in-person and remotely
      - Experience working with consulting firms or vendors providing ancillary benefits to employers
      - Proficiency in using a CRM system, specifically Salesforce

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in business, communication, marketing, or a related field
      - Demonstrated experience in identifying and cultivating commercial talent
      - Passion for selling innovative family building products
      - Ability to develop rapport at all organizational levels
      - Experience working in a fast-paced team environment
