What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Lead the labor-focused sales strategy targeting unions, multi-employer health plans, and large labor-intensive organizations
- Build and cultivate relationships with union benefit leaders and trustees to drive adoption of solutions
- Navigate complex deals involving RFPs, collective bargaining agreements, and multi-party decision-making
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support RFP/RFI development and pricing strategy
- Represent the employer at labor conferences and public-sector summits
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Policy, or a related field
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience in healthcare, benefits, or insurance, with a focus on labor or public-sector markets
- Proven success selling complex healthcare solutions to large organizations or health funds
- Expertise in government and labor procurement processes, RFPs, compliance frameworks, and contracting vehicles
- Strong relationship-building skills and ability to influence senior-level decision-makers
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Taft-Hartley or union fund environments
- Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM platforms
- A consultative selling style with deep understanding of workforce health equity
- Self-starter mindset with a collaborative spirit
