      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead the Global Enterprise Subscription Education and Awareness Program (SEAP) to support sales growth objectives
      - Partner with internal stakeholders to evaluate, test, and report on audit management controls
      - Drive Red Hat's software compliance strategy and program to enhance audit process efficiencies
      - Collaborate with various teams to ensure adherence to SEAP processes and Red Hat's subscription model
      - Communicate audit findings and identify opportunities for improvement on a global scale

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - 15+ years of experience in sales software audit, compliance, or licensing within a technology sales environment
      - Strong expertise in technology/software industry, subscription models, and financial services
      - Proven skills in relationship management, executive presentation, and collaboration
      - Excellent analytical and strategy development skills
      - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a quantitative field; MBA and/or CISA/CIA certification is a plus

      - Experience in consumption-based business models
      - Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and effective under pressure
      - Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
