      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Lead and manage the Sales department while coaching and mentoring team members
      - Develop and drive annual business plans and operating budgets for the Sales team
      - Enhance operational efficiency and implement systems to improve speed, quality, and compliance
      - Set clear expectations and goals for team performance, providing oversight and feedback
      - Monitor performance metrics and adjust strategies to improve outcomes

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 5 years of previous sales leadership experience
      - At least 10 years of vendor finance construction sales experience
      - Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
      - Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post-secondary diploma or bachelor's degree is an asset
      - Strong sense of integrity and professionalism with a results-oriented attitude
      - Experience in leading and motivating high-performing teams
      - Knowledge of financial statements and risk ratings
