      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and implement a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy aligned with the organization's growth objectives
      - Lead and mentor a high-performing talent acquisition team to foster a culture of excellence
      - Oversee innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent and enhance the candidate experience
      - Collaborate with senior leadership and hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and business objectives
      - Champion diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives throughout the recruitment process

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree or professional HR certification preferred
      - Proven experience of 10+ years in talent acquisition, with a successful track record in a senior leadership role
      - Minimum of 5 years of experience managing a geographically dispersed recruitment function
      - Experience in a high-growth company and fast-paced environment is required
      - Ability to travel 25-40% of the time

      - Strong knowledge of labor market trends and talent management best practices
      - Exceptional proficiency in data analysis and recruitment technology tools
