      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct individual needs assessments for victims of alcohol and drugged driving crashes to provide emotional support and appropriate referrals
      - Develop and implement tailored case management action plans, including crisis intervention and grief support
      - Accompany victims to justice proceedings and advocate for their rights within the legal system
      - Analyze community needs assessments to design and facilitate effective victim services programs
      - Recruit, train, and recognize volunteers to support Victim Service initiatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice) with at least one year of experience in victim advocacy or grief support
      - Reliable transportation for court attendance and a flexible schedule
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
      - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, with a strong command of the English language
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook, along with basic record-keeping and math skills
