      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct individual needs assessments for victims/survivors of alcohol and drugged driving crashes to provide emotional support and referrals
      - Create and implement tailored case management action plans, including grief support and crisis intervention
      - Conduct community needs assessments and develop outreach strategies to reach potential victims
      - Establish a network of key individuals in legal, medical, and social services to facilitate assistance for victims
      - Maintain accurate case records and grant reports according to organizational standards

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree in a human services field (e.g., social work, psychology, sociology, criminal justice) with at least one year of experience in victim advocacy or grief support
      - Reliable transportation for court attendance and a flexible schedule
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects in a high-volume environment
      - Excellent oral and written communication skills with appropriate grammar
      - Demonstrated computer skills, including Microsoft Office applications

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in victim advocacy, specifically case management or grief support
      - Familiarity with grant writing and reporting processes
      - Previous volunteer recruitment and training experience
      - Knowledge of community resources related to victim services
      - Passion for the mission and values of the organization
