What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Produce 40+ professional tutorial videos organized by product and feature area
- Create visual guides and supporting graphics to enhance client learning
- Script, film, edit, and finalize videos that translate technical concepts into accessible content
- Collaborate with Technical Writers and Instructional Designers to ensure video content aligns with written materials
- Manage video production pipeline, maintaining quality and delivery timelines
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of video production experience, preferably in B2B software, SaaS, or technology environments
- Proven portfolio of tutorial, educational, or product demonstration videos
- End-to-end video production skills, including scripting, filming, editing, and post-production
- Proficiency with video editing software (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar)
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple videos simultaneously
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in healthcare technology or medical software environments
- Familiarity with motion graphics and animation tools (After Effects or similar)
- Background in instructional video design or educational content production
- Knowledge of WCAG 2.1 accessibility standards for video content
- Ability to present video content strategies and production updates to executive audiences
