What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and maximize sales revenue for Vinsolutions products to franchise car dealerships
- Utilize consultative selling techniques to provide feedback to clients on industry trends and challenges
- Build and maintain trusted relationships with decision-makers at dealerships
- Meet or exceed assigned revenue sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
- Travel extensively (70% or more) within the assigned territory to support dealership relationships
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline and 6 years of experience in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Retail Solutions Manager or similar role
- Ability to travel up to 75% in the assigned territory
- Strong interpersonal, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Knowledge of the automotive industry and dealership operations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 5+ years of experience in automotive software sales or related dealership software packages
- Excellent database management and customer service skills
- Self-motivated with strong organizational, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities
- Experience using research and data to identify opportunities for improvement
- Energetic and engaging personality to effectively connect with clients
