What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide personal support and home management services under the direction of the Clinical Supervisor
- Perform secretarial and clerical duties, including organizing files and answering correspondence
- Coordinate social engagements, travel plans, and relocation assistance for clients
- Assist with holiday planning, decorating, shopping, and gift wrapping
- Provide computer and technology support, including web searches and communication assistance
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Current Florida driver's license, clean driving record, and proof of insurance
- Reliable transportation to travel to clients' homes off campus
- Availability to be on duty during emergencies or natural disasters
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience as a Concierge, Personal Assistant, or House Manager
