      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a virtual operational point of contact for advisors, providing task ownership and support
      - Collaborate with internal operational teams to research and resolve complex issues
      - Manage client data in the CRM platform and prepare reports for client meetings
      - Submit money movement requests and coordinate with partner departments to resolve issues
      - Maintain proactive communication by monitoring alerts and advisor action items

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - At least two years of experience working in a financial advisory firm or relevant experience
      - Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook, with knowledge of CRM applications
      - Strong written communication skills and ability to take detailed notes
      - Excellent active listening skills and ability to convey complex information clearly
      - Highly refined time management and organizational skills
