      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks or similar software

      - Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and tracking grant expenditures
      - Prepare meeting materials and maintain records/minutes as necessary

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Prior experience with nonprofit bookkeeping or executive assistant roles
      - Proficiency with QuickBooks (or similar) and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
      - Excellent communication and organizational skills
      - High level of discretion and confidentiality
      - Ability to work independently, manage time well, and meet deadlines

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with nonprofit operations and donor stewardship
      - Experience working remotely with small teams
      - Experience with donor management systems
