      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Assist dispatchers with load booking, tracking, and check calls to ensure driver movement
      - Support recruiters by screening truck driver candidates and verifying documents
      - Process applications using platforms like Breezy and Tenstreet for efficient recruitment workflows
      - Communicate professionally with drivers, brokers, and team members via phone, text, and email
      - Maintain accurate records, update spreadsheets, and manage compliance files in CRM systems

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Strong written and verbal English communication skills
      - Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
      - Reliable high-speed internet and a quiet, distraction-free work environment
      - Previous experience in dispatching or driver recruiting is preferred but not required

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with load boards (DAT, Truckstop, etc.) for sourcing freight
      - Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Zoho, etc.) for managing leads and data
      - Proficient in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive) for documentation and collaboration
      - Knowledge of communication tools (Slack, Zoom, Google Voice, WhatsApp) for team interactions
