What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support real estate due diligence reporting by researching properties using online resources
- Complete detailed reports following provided instructions
- Organize research data in Google Docs and Sheets for easy access
- Build and maintain project management workflows in Asana, including creating task templates
- Communicate updates and project progress via Slack and organize digital files in Google Drive
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Project Coordinator
- Experience setting up Asana (boards, templates, fields)
- Strong organization and task management skills
- Excellent English reading and writing skills
- Must be a Filipino Citizen
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with land due diligence processes
- Comfortable navigating GIS websites, PDFs, and online maps
- Self-starter with a proactive approach to following and improving processes
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Google Workspace, Slack, and Asana
