      Join Our Team: Virtual Assistant (Philippines-Based)

      Position Type: Independent Contractor

      Location: Contractor will work remotely and must be based in the Philippines

      Rate: $6USD - $8USD / hour depending on experience, client references, and assigned projects

      Estimated weekly hours: 5 - 10

      1. Delivers reliable and responsive virtual assistance across a range of tasks. Completes assigned work accurately and on time, adapting to shifting priorities and varying task types. Maintains clear communication with the manager, responding within one business day and asking clarifying questions when needed. Demonstrates professionalism and discretion in all interactions.
      2. Provides flexible support for sales and marketing-related activities. Assists with tasks such as data entry, light research, content drafts, outreach support, or basic reporting, depending on the needs of the team. Understands the broader goals of sales and marketing to ensure work aligns with business objectives. Proactively checks for updates or new assignments.
      3. Keeps all assigned tasks and projects organized and up to date in Asana. Updates projects and tasks with progress notes, due dates, and relevant attachments. Marks tasks complete when finished and alerts the manager to any blockers or changes in timeline. Uses Asana as the primary source of truth for managing work and timelines.
      4. Demonstrates initiative and resourcefulness in completing tasks. Independently researches tools, terminology, or processes to complete assignments effectively. Seeks out solutions before escalating issues, but communicates clearly when support or decisions are needed. Maintains a growth mindset and is open to feedback and learning.
      5. Ensures quality and consistency in all deliverables. Reviews work for accuracy, alignment with instructions, and professional presentation. Double-checks content, formatting, and links before submitting. Communicates early and often if more time or information is needed to maintain quality standards.

      What you may need to achieve the outcomes, that we do not have yet:
      1. SOPs and work instructions may need periodic updating and not all processes have completed SOPs
      2. You are responsible for closing any gaps in your knowledge

      Everyone who works with or for Fertility Bridge does business in these ways
      1. Must Get, Want, and have the Capacity to achieve the outcomes aligned with the role
      2. Must be a plus or a plus/minus on each of the five core values of Fertility Bridge
      3. Leader specifies and judges the result of the outcome.
      4. Must be on brand with Fertility Bridge and Inside Reproductive Health brand guidelines
      5. Employee or contractor must specify exactly what is required to achieve outcome
      6. Must be accountable in Asana
      7. Must create Fertility Bridge assets in Fertility Bridge drives using Fertility Bridge account

      We're looking for someone who can not only meet the Outcomes above but also someone who has a background in project support and marketing. A background in sales support is a plus as well.

      Contractors for this role must be physically located in the Philippines and not be prohibited from performing services for a US-based company. Applicants not physically located in the Philippines or not permitted to perform services for a US-based company will be removed from consideration.
