      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
      - Accurately capture and input information into the company database
      - Maintain and update filing systems to ensure organization
      - Schedule meetings and manage travel arrangements
      - Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to emails and phone calls

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant (within a BPO preferred)
      - Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
      - Proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
      - Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced business process outsourcing environment
      - Familiarity with various office management software tools
      - Strong typing skills, with a minimum of 20 words per minute
      - Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving
