What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform a variety of administrative duties to support the Executive Assistant
- Accurately input and manage various forms of information in the company database
- Maintain up-to-date filing systems and manage contact lists
- Schedule meetings and book travel accommodations as needed
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders and respond to emails and phone calls
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or Office Admin Assistant, preferably within a BPO
- Strong proficiency in MS Office, particularly MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must have a wired, high-speed internet connection with a minimum download speed of 20 Mbps

- Experience in a fast-paced environment with the ability to multi-task
- Ability to type swiftly and accurately at a minimum of 20 words per minute
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
