      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct market research and develop acquisition plans and strategies for government customers and industry partners
      - Support proposal development processes, including planning, organizing, writing, and coordinating activities to secure contract awards
      - Provide recruiting support by sourcing candidates, conducting phone screens, and managing the hiring process for IT professionals
      - Maintain financial records, prepare invoices, and generate financial reports, including payroll processing
      - Manage the CEO's professional and personal affairs, ensuring efficient schedule management and information flow

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Must live in the DC/MD/VA area
      - Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field; additional education or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree
      - Understanding of full Business Development Lifecycle management
      - Proficient in QuickBooks and advanced knowledge of Excel
      - Excellent communication and written skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office 365

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in proposal management and development within government contracting
      - Familiarity with sourcing tools and techniques for recruiting
      - Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple activities effectively
      - Previous experience in a business development or consulting role
