What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Evaluate client fitness levels and skill sets to plan achievable goals
- Educate and demonstrate exercise techniques and injury prevention to clients
- Create personalized training plans tailored to client needs
- Chart and track client progress, adjusting plans as necessary
- Motivate and encourage clients through positive communication via app engagement
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in exercise science, exercise physiology, or kinesiology
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience in one-on-one coaching, preferably in a clinical or healthcare setting
- ACSM certification is mandatory or required within 6 months of hire
- Fluency in both Arabic and English languages
- Strong communication skills to build rapport with Arabic-speaking patients
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Clinical experience in a related field is highly desirable
- Knowledge of the latest trends and developments in exercise physiology and fitness training
- Ability to work independently and manage remote coaching sessions effectively
- Empathy, patience, and a passion for helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
