What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and retain relationships with assigned book of business
- Proactively sell and cross-sell products and services over the phone
- Achieve sales volume and revenue targets
- Utilize sales relationship management system for calls, pipeline activities, and results tracking
- Provide expertise and support to branches as needed
What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 3 years of Business Banking experience
- At least 3 years of sales experience
- Strong understanding of complex business cash flow cycle
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to navigate computerized data entry systems
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 4+ years of Business Banking experience
- 1+ year of phone-based sales experience
- Formal credit training
