What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Deliver virtual patient care across all age groups, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment planning, and follow-up
- Provide care for acute and chronic conditions within a telehealth model
- Conduct post-Emergency Department virtual follow-up visits to prevent complications and readmissions
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support integrated care and program initiatives
- Document all clinical encounters accurately in compliance with guidelines within the electronic health record (EHR)
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must possess Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts
- Minimum educational requirement: Master's of Science in Nursing degree
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Strong understanding of telehealth technologies and patient-centered care delivery
- Excellent documentation skills in compliance with institutional, state, and federal guidelines

- Previous involvement in quality improvement and program development initiatives
- Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems
