What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Greet patients virtually while providing outstanding customer service
- Manage phone inquiries and electronic scheduling
- Perform data entry and maintain patient charts and electronic medical records
- Verify insurance benefits and current personal and financial information
- Collect, post, and deposit patient payments, along with other assigned duties
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service, medical front office, administrative support, or virtual assistance
- Excellent telephone skills and proficiency in Word and Excel
- Close attention to detail and strong time management and organizational skills
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home workspace
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
