What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with customers in a virtual environment to optimize customer onboarding and adoption processes
- Respond to customer risk scenarios and orchestrate appropriate communication channels
- Share SAP Cloud solutions strategic direction and best practices with customers
- Utilize the Customer Lifecycle Methodology to support customers across onboarding and adoption phases
- Document processes, create templates, and organize team activities for effective onboarding of new Digital CEEs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 5+ years of industry experience in marketing, digital marketing, or communications
- Experience managing high volume customer engagements
- Ability to work with virtual/social tools to engage with customers
- Proven experience working with diverse sales, support, and operations functional organizations
- Excellent listening, written, and oral communication skills
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in any SAP cloud solutions
- Record of building strong customer relationships
- MBA a plus
- Additional languages a plus (Spanish, German, French, Italian, Mandarin, Korean, Japanese)
