      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Answer incoming phone calls, make outbound calls, and respond to customer emails
      - Provide part fitment information and assist with order placement and shipment tracking
      - Document customer interactions and maintain updated information in a case management system
      - Collaborate with store team members and other departments to resolve customer concerns
      - Provide first-level technical support for website issues and assist with post-order inquiries

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Excellent written communication skills
      - Must be able to multi-task with a typing speed of at least 45 words per minute
      - Availability to work any shift, including weekends and holidays
      - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well with others
      - Must pass a background check and attend the entire paid training class

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Previous experience in customer service or retail
      - Familiarity with automotive products and industry knowledge
      - Experience working in a fast-paced environment
      - Demonstrated ability to adapt to changing situations
      - Additional certifications or training in customer support or related fields
