      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Serve as a liaison between providers, facilities, pharmacies, insurance plans, support staff, and patients
      - Receive, triage, and respond to inbound requests via phone calls and electronic messages
      - Assist with virtual care activities, including gathering and documenting medical history and medication refills
      - Help maintain provider schedules, prepare patients and charts for telehealth encounters, and manage appointment scheduling
      - Perform other duties as assigned to support operational and clinical functions

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Medical Assisting Diploma/Certificate from an accredited training program
      - High School Diploma or GED
      - Minimum of 1 year of experience in a medical office setting
      - Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
      - Medical Assisting Diploma/Certificate or passed exam, indicating completion of an approved training program

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 3 years of experience in a medical office setting, including experience in gathering medical history and patient education
      - Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA) certification (e.g., CMA, CCMA, RMA)
