What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for the Care Team, including MDs, Advanced Practitioners, and Nurses
- Assist with screenings per physician orders and accurately enter all information at the time of service
- Serve as the primary point of contact for patient escalations and resolve issues autonomously
- Plan proactively for each patient’s medical needs and follow through to solutions
- Identify trends and implement system improvements to enhance patient care
What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) certification required
- Registered Medical Assistant (RMA) certification required
- National Association of Health Professionals (NAHP) certification required
- American Medical Certification Association (AMCA) certification required
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Certified Clinical Medical Assistant (CCMA) certification preferred
