What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide empathetic, concierge-style service to patients by answering non-clinical questions and assisting with treatment requests
- Support providers with non-clinical administrative tasks within the Care Center
- Triage messages for providers efficiently and timely to resolve patient concerns
- Contact pharmacies to assist patients with non-clinical prescription needs or issues
- Offer feedback on workflow issues and help pilot new operational efforts
What is Required (Qualifications):
- 1-2 years of experience in an administrative and/or customer-facing role
- Experience working with insurance plans and policies is a plus
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Proficiency with collaboration and productivity tools (e.g., Google Suite, Slack)
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and comfortable working in fast-paced environments
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Medical Assistant or Certified Nursing Assistant experience
- Bachelor's Degree
- Experience in a fast-paced, highly iterative clinical care role
- Previous experience working in a remote/start-up environment
- Excellent writing skills, particularly in creative writing or healthcare communications
