What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telehealth visits, including triage calls, video appointments, and email follow-ups
- Engage in continuous learning through Clinical Rounds and team collaboration
- Utilize clinical training to deliver exceptional virtual care to patients
- Participate in daily huddles with both virtual and in-office teammates
- Adapt communication and care approaches to meet diverse patient needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an accredited Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP) program with national certification
- Current licensing in NY or DC and ability to obtain additional state licenses
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Advanced Practitioner in either outpatient primary care or urgent care settings within the last 5 years
- Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including evenings
- Exceptional clinical and communication skills
