What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide telehealth visits, including telephone triage, video appointments, and email follow-ups with patients
- Engage in continuous learning through weekly Clinical Rounds and collaborative team huddles
- Utilize clinical training to deliver high-quality virtual care to patients
- Collaborate effectively with both virtual and in-office teams to enhance patient care
- Adapt to varying shifts, including afternoons and weekends, to meet patient needs
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Completion of an accredited Physician Assistant (PA) program with national certification
- Current licensure in DC with the ability to obtain additional state licenses as required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an outpatient primary care or urgent care setting within the past 5 years
- Excellent clinical and communication skills
- Availability to work weekday and weekend shifts, including every other Saturday and Sunday
