      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage phone calls to and from the reading room, ensuring effective communication with radiologists and referring providers
      - Obtain and document appropriate patient history to assist in ordering imaging exams
      - Review reports and provide information to clinicians regarding reported studies
      - Distribute critical radiology test results as necessary
      - Act as a liaison between radiologists, referring clinicians, technologists, and nursing staff

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Associate Degree or certification (e.g., M.A., CNA, ARRT)
      - Minimum of 2 years of progressively responsible directly related work experience
      - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
      - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
      - Proficiency in developing and implementing protocols and procedures

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a clinical setting or radiology department
      - Familiarity with data collection for clinical trials and research studies
      - Knowledge of FDA protocol requirements
      - Background in medical terminology and imaging practices
      - Experience in a liaison role within healthcare settings
