What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and lead a team of Virtual Sales Representatives, ensuring productivity and positive team culture
- Oversee daily activities and provide leadership to the Virtual Sales team
- Monitor sales metrics and coach the team to meet or exceed assigned sales and KPI goals
- Conduct training and quality assurance evaluations for Virtual Sales Representatives
- Liaise between the client and the employer for daily requests and communication
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership
- Proven success in leading high-performing virtual sales teams
- Strong negotiation, business acumen, and analytical skills
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

- Experience with product launch initiatives
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
- Background in analyzing sales performance metrics
