      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee the daily activities and provide leadership to a team of Virtual Sales Representatives
      - Establish performance expectations and monitor adherence to policies and compliance
      - Liaise between the client and employer for daily requests, ensuring clear communication
      - Coach the virtual sales team to meet or exceed assigned sales and KPI goals
      - Conduct training and quality assurance tasks for Virtual Sales Representatives

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership
      - Proven track record of leading high-performing virtual sales teams
      - Strong negotiation, business acumen, and analytical skills
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
