      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Oversee daily activities and provide leadership to a team of Virtual Sales Representatives
      - Monitor sales metrics and coach the team to meet or exceed sales and KPI goals
      - Facilitate communication between the client and the employer for daily requests
      - Conduct training and quality assurance for Virtual Sales Representatives
      - Manage team productivity and culture while ensuring adherence to policies and compliance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree required
      - Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmaceutical virtual sales and sales leadership
      - Proven track record of leading high-performing virtual sales teams
      - Strong negotiation skills and business acumen
      - Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with product launches in the pharmaceutical industry
      - Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships
