What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary customer contact, delivering premium concierge-level service to travelers
- Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and online submissions
- Research and book domestic and international travel packages, including flights, hotels, and transportation
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, and other travel services based on client needs
- Address and resolve customer complaints or refund requests to maintain high satisfaction levels
What is Required (Qualifications):
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Ability to work in a full-time or part-time capacity
