What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the primary customer contact, providing premium concierge-level service to travelers
- Research and book domestic and international travel packages, including air, hotel, tours, and ground transportation
- Communicate effectively with clients to address inquiries and ensure a smooth travel experience
- Plan and sell transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
- Address and resolve problems, complaints, or refund requests promptly
What is Required (Qualifications):
- No experience necessary; training will be provided
- Exceptional customer service abilities
- Superior written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organization skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask
- Fluency in English; multilingualism is a plus
