What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Own customer success from the initial conversation through to production deployment, including technical discovery and live demos
- Conduct onsite evaluations and troubleshoot issues on factory floors
- Identify and pursue opportunities for scaled deployments of AI vision systems
- Collaborate closely with engineers to ensure successful implementation and operation of AI technology
- Travel 60-80% of the time to various manufacturing sites to build relationships and drive project success
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer-facing technical roles or high-intensity environments
- Strong communication skills across all levels of an organization
- Proven ability to operate independently and build trust in high-stakes situations
- Engineering background with a hands-on learning approach
- Willingness to travel 60-80% of the time
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in demanding environments such as SpaceX, Tesla, or top startups
- Proven track record of excellence, including rapid promotions or top performance in previous roles
- Familiarity with manufacturing or machine vision concepts, although not required
