What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide support for servers and storage infrastructure at multiple sites
- Facilitate knowledge transfer to Covestro employees and other support staff
- Ensure compliant and reliable deliverables in VMware and ESX host platforms
- Maintain and deploy storage devices and file shares
- Oversee the operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of physical servers and storage devices
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Experience with VMware and ESX host platforms
- Knowledge of storage devices such as NetApp
- Ability to perform physical server and storage device deployment and maintenance
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Willingness to work across multiple locations
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Previous experience in a technology infrastructure support role
- Familiarity with file share maintenance and operations
- Experience in training or mentoring other staff members
